North Carolina High School Football Huddle
High school football practice will begin a day earlier this year in the Tar Heel State. The North Carolina High School Athletic Association has agreed to move the start date for practice from August 1st to July 30th. Under the new schedule, players will only wear helmets on the first two days; shoulder pads will be added on day three; and then full contact will be allowed on day five.
